MetaLabs Pvt Ltd (“WriteGenius.ai”) gives you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to download, install, and use the website only in line with the terms of this Agreement.

Meaning

• “You” refers to the person who accessed the Service or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which that person accessed or used the Service, as appropriate.
• Service refers to both the website and the browser plugins, add-ons, and other apps made by WriteGenius.ai.
• Service Provider refers to any person or business that handles data for the Company. Restrictions

You agree that WriteGenius.ai is not responsible for any Third-Party Services, including their accuracy, completeness, speed, validity, copyright compliance, morality, decency, quality, or any other part of them. WriteGenius.ai does not take responsibility for any Third-Party Services and is not liable to you or anyone else for them.

Third-Party Services and links to them are only given as a courtesy to you, and you access and use them at your own risk and according to the terms and conditions of those third parties.

Terms Of Termination

This Agreement will stay in place until either you or WriteGenius.ai decides to end it.

This Agreement can be suspended or ended at any time and for any or no reason, at WriteGenius.ai’s full authority, with or without warning.

If you don’t follow any of the rules in this agreement, WriteGenius.ai can end this agreement right away without telling you first. You can also end this agreement by deleting the website and all copies of it from your computer.

When this agreement ends, you must stop using the website and delete all copies of it from your computer.

Even if this Agreement ends, WriteGenius.ai will still have all of its legal and fair rights and options if you break any of your responsibilities under this Agreement while this Agreement is still in effect.

Fair Usage Policy

As part of our pledge to offer a high-quality, fast, and reliable service, WriteGenius.ai has a Fair Use Policy (also called the FUP) to prevent excessive use of the plans offered by Us.

When the tool is used normally and usually, we do not charge extra fees. We do, however, need to make sure that our services are fair for everyone and give users the best experience possible. This should always mean that all users get the same quality of service in a fair way.

Because of this, there is a fair use policy. If you use more than the fair amount on any day of your monthly payment period, we will temporarily cut off your access to the service for that day.

Indemnification

You agree to protect WriteGenius.ai and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors (if any) from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, due to or arising out of your: (a) use of the website; (b) violation of this Agreement or any law or regulation; or (c) violation of any right of a third party.

No Warranties

The website is given to you “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” with all of its faults and problems and without any kind of guarantee. WriteGenius.ai, on its own behalf and on behalf of its affiliates and their respective licensors and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, with respect to the website. This includes all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, as well as warranties that may arise from a course of dealing, course of performance, or other similar events. Without limiting the above, WriteGenius.ai makes no promise or warranty and makes no representation of any kind that the website will meet your needs, achieve the results you want, be compatible with or work with any other software, systems, or services, run without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards, be error-free, or that any errors or defects can or will be fixed.

Without limiting what has already been said, neither WriteGenius.ai nor any WriteGenius.ai provider makes any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied: (i) as to the operation or availability of the website, or the information, content, materials, or products included on it; (ii) that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free; (iii) as to the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information or content provided through the website; or (iv) that the website, the content, emails, or the servers sent from or on WriteGenius.ai’s behalf are free of viruses, trojan horses, scripts, worms, timebombs, malware, or any other harmful components.

Limitation Of Liability

No matter what kind of damage you might have, WriteGenius.ai and any of its providers are only responsible for the amount you actually paid for the website. This is your only way to get compensation for all of the above.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, neither WriteGenius.ai nor its suppliers will be responsible for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, business interruption, personal injury, or loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the website, third-party software, or third-party services.

Some states and countries don’t let you exclude or limit incidental or indirect losses, so the above exclusion or limitation might not apply to you.

Severability

If any part of this Agreement is found to be illegal or unenforceable, it will be changed and read so that its goals are met as much as possible under the law, and the rest of the Agreement will stay in full force and effect.

Waiver

Except as stated here, a party’s failure to use a right or demand performance of an obligation under this Agreement won’t affect that party’s ability to use that right or demand performance of that obligation at a later date. Likewise, a party’s waiver of a breach won’t mean that they’ll accept another breach.

Changes To This Contract

WriteGenius.ai has the right to change or replace this Agreement at any time, as it sees fit. If a change is important, we will let you know at least 30 days before the new terms take effect. What counts as a “material change” will be up to us alone to decide.

Entire Agreement

When you use or buy other services from WriteGenius.ai, you may be exposed to extra terms and conditions that WriteGenius.ai will tell you about at the time.

WriteGenius.ai is not in charge of any text, code, or other mistakes.

WriteGenius.ai does not provide promises or guarantees.

In no event shall WriteGenius.ai be responsible for any special, direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or other damages, or any damages at all, coming out of or in connection with the use of the Service or the contents of the Service, whether in an action of contract, negligence, or other torts. The Company has the right to add to, take away from, or change the information on the Service at any time and without warning.
